It’s a simple, meaningful way to help children learn to express themselves and build connections with others.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We mail to all countries that accept the USPS Global Forever Stamp. Please select International Shipping at checkout.

  • Monthly subscribers: Log into your customer account (click ‘Log In’ at the top of this page), navigate to your account details, and select ‘Cancel.’

    Annual subscribers: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you’d like to stop receiving postcards, please use my contact form and let me know.

  • Postcards are mailed around the 20th of every month.

    They are sent with a stamp and are untrackable. You will not have a tracking number in your order fulfillment email.

    Postcards can take up to 4 weeks to reach US mailboxes and 6+ weeks to reach international mailboxes.

    There are many variables, and they are all beyond our control. This mystery and intrigue are part of snail mail’s charm.

    I will happily replace your postcard for the month if it doesn’t arrive. I make extras for exactly this reason.

  • There is no way to purchase multiple subscriptions in a single transaction. If you’d like to purchase subscriptions for several children, please make separate transactions and ensure you enter the correct shipping address for each subscription.

  • Payment information: Please log in to your customer account and update it.

    Shipping address: Changes submitted on or before the 15th of the month will be reflected in that month's mailing.

    After the 15th of the month, we cannot change your address for that month's mailing, but we will change it for all future mailings.
